Prawn fried rice with Lemon Infused Olive Oil

Prawn stir fry with lemon infused olive oil

Ingredients

Method

  1. Heat La Bare olive oil in a wok an stir fry prawns until change in colour. Remove from wok or pan.
  2. Stir fry garlic and onion until onion softens
  3. Add prawns, carrot, snow peas, green and red capsicum. Stir fry for 2min.
  4. Mix through soy sauce. Add turmeric and a pinch of mint for taste. Stir fry until heated through.
  5. Optional – you can boil some rice and add through for a filling meal
