A delicious creamy pasta with some Chrismas leftovers. Begin by caramelising some garlic and onion in some olive oil. Then add in some parsley, salt, and cracked pepper. Next, add in some mushrooms and leftover meat. We used chicken but ham works too. Once the mushrooms are softened, add in a drizzle of caramelised balsamic and stir through for about 2 min before adding your cream. Once the cream is added, continue to stir until it's all mixed thoroughly. When ready, turn off the heat and add in your pasta. Serve while hot.

A delicious steak with rosemary, salt and some pepper about 5 min each side then add a spoon of butter and coat the steak for around 2 minutes. Set the steak aside on a separate plate and some pepper, spoon or flour, salt to taste and if it's too thick some water to make the left over sauce into a nice gravy.
