Ingredients
Raspberry pulp, water, cider vinegar, sugar, cloves, pepper and xanthan gum 451. (Contains sulphites and may contain traces of egg.)
Serving suggestion
Beetroot and sweet potato salad. Cut the beetroot and sweet potato into 1cm cubes, drizzle the Raspberry Finishing Vinegar and put in the oven till cooked, then let cool. Add vegetables to a salad of baby spinach, feta and walnuts. Make a dressing with the Raspberry Finishing Vinegar and some La Barre Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
